Getting in and out of the car to open and close manual gates can become a chore, which often leads to the gates being left open. Whilst they still add style to the entrance they no longer protect the property. By contrast, automated gates open and close behind you at the touch of a button.
Automated systems are connected to control panels which add a number of key features; 'Operator slow down' allows controlled opening / closing. 'Force adjustment' is a key safety feature which enables the gate to recognise that it has touched an obstruction and respond by immediately re-opening the gates. In addition, a pair of photo-electric cells, which emit an infra beam, will stop and re-open the gates when the beam is broken.

Automated Gates
The Ascot, Henley and Windsor gates are available with above ground post mounted or underground automation. All brackets and fi xings are supplied and pre-set to the correct geometry for easy installation.
Manual Gates
The Ascot, Henley and Windsor gates are also available without automation. We offer retro fit gate latches and shoot bolts to lock your gates in the closed position. Open gate stops are also available and, if required, will hold your gates in the open position.
Sliding Gates
Swing gates are not always suitable. For example, they don't suit entrances with sloping driveways or where the ground level is uneven. In these situations sliding gates are the answer. The Ascot, Henley and Windsor gates all come in a sliding gate format to suit a maximum entrance width of 4000mm. Once again, these can be installed with or without automation. Our sliding gate kits include all ground track, wheels, rollers, entrance gate posts, automation, gates, etc and are designed as a package to be assembled on site.
